    VOD Improvements

    • Fixed audio continuing to play after closing TV show episodes - Internal video player now properly cleans up when episode modal is closed
    • Changed M3U file upload to use original file path instead of creating duplicate copies in AppData directory
      Favorites Management
    • Added Favorites category to Movies sidebar showing count and allowing quick access to favorited movies
    • Added Favorites category to Series sidebar with star icon and count display
    • Added star button to series cards in both grid and list views to add/remove favorites
    • Fixed "Loading movies..." issue when clicking Favorites category - now skips unnecessary API calls
    • Fixed episodes not appearing when clicking on favorited series - now properly loads series information
      Sort Order Persistence
    • Sort preferences (by name/rating/date and ascending/descending) now persist when switching categories in Movies and Series pages
    • Sort settings are saved to localStorage and remembered across sessions

    UI Enhancements

    • Favorites categories show item count in both Movies and Series
    • Star button indicates favorite status with yellow fill
    • Favorite indicator on series cards in grid view
