🎯 Live TV Player Improvements
Internal Player as Default
- Hardcoded Live TV to Internal Player: Live TV now always opens in the built-in HTML5 player by default
- Removed automatic MPV launch for Live TV streams
- Users can still manually switch to external MPV player using the button if needed
- Fixes complaints about MPV opening unexpectedly
Fixed Fullscreen Button
- Fullscreen Now Works: Fixed broken fullscreen button in Live TV player
- Double-click video to enter fullscreen
- Fullscreen button click now properly toggles fullscreen mode
- Removed theater mode toggle from fullscreen button (was causing conflict)
